description
Tide n’ Seek is named after the Florida phenomenon involving bait fish and Goliath groupers.
When predators are present, the bait fish swarm and form a ball around the grouper while swimming around the gigantic fish. If a predator tries to move in on this shimmering ball of fish, the grouper creates a suction force that pulls its prey close and quickly bites the fish to eat it whole.
And much like the Goliath Grouper, this IPA is BIG.
